And so we have her...our winter bride, the very last of 'the season' for the 2013 wedding year, and yet she is first with your hearts and votes and with style, grace and unwavering determination....our Bride of the Year, 2013....Sharon.She gave me a nudge and told me to hurry up and start the competition becuase she was going to win it. "Now Sharon," I said, "there are more than 60 other beautiful brides who will challenge you on that one." But she said it...and then she did it. With more than 1,700 votes she took out the title ahead of 65 others, including the glorious bride, Aleisha, who came second with an outstanding 1,235 votes.
