I am a wedding storyteller. My collections and prices are based on my experience, reputation and skill for documenting an unrepeatable moment in time in a candid and natural way. I don't set limits on how many hours I’ll be with you, because not all weddings fit into the same box. I listen to what’s important to you and lend my experience gained from shooting more than 700 Hawke’s Bay weddings since 2004.

with a small range of options designed to ensure you get the memories that are most important to you.
IF your budget is a work in progress, you can decide on extras closer to the date.
FULL wedding day, $4,750
COVERAGE:
Preparations with the bride from 2 hours prior to the ceremony through to arrival at the reception. All aspects of a wedding day are documented, including family and group photos and a full creative session with your bridal party and your arrival at the reception. While I don’t price my collections by the hour as timeframes can often run over on the day, this is typically about 6/7 hours.
INCLUSIONS:
- 600 professionally edited digital images, including a selection of B&W edits within the collection.
- Images supplied for viewing and downloading in both print + web resolution via a bespoke online gallery with a built-in print store - an amazing showcase for friends and family and an easy way for everyone to have access to all images and a store for quality fine art printing.
- A $100 credit to use in the gallery print store (valid for 6 months, prints only).
- A highlights show reel of images (approx. 7mins) hosted privately on my website for 2 years and available for offline download.
- A $200 album credit (valid for 2 months after photo delivery).
ADD ON: wedding reception, $850
Tell the full story with coverage extending into the reception and including speeches, candid interaction with your guests, dusk and/or sunset photography (if weather/venue permits), First Dance and action with friends on the dance floor. 150 additional images (750 total).
add on: Video
CEREMONY ONLY - $550
Single fixed camera, lapel mic on the groom & celebrant, coverage from entrance of the bride to departure of couple and bridal party.
CEREMONY + SPEECHES - $850
Ceremony as above + up to six speeches (not suitable for open floor ad-hoc speaking situations)
SPEECHES ONLY - $650
Up to six scheduled speakers.
My video service is designed to sit in the space between getting a mate holding his phone and a full cinematic service by a dedicated videographer. It’s important to understand what it is, and what it isn’t, so please read more about it HERE. Please note, video of speeches is only available when I’m booked for reception photography.
ADD ON: second shooter, $850
Sometimes the biggest moments of your life happen in a heartbeat. Where do you look? With two photographers we can ensure moments such as the bridal entrance are covered from every angle, the groom’s preparations as they happen are documented and candid little moments that you didn’t see are there in the history books forever. It can also be good to book a second shooter if you’d like guest activities documented while you’re away getting photos taken with the bridal party.
I work with 2-3 local and always experienced second shooters - some of whom have their own wedding photography businesses. Your second shooter will be confirmed 6 weeks prior to your wedding date and will be there for the same time frame as the ‘full wedding day’ main collection (preparations to reception).
ADD ON: first look (2 additional hours), $495
Increasingly, couples are choosing to meet before the ceremony for their creative session with the bridal party so the photography can be enjoyed without time pressures. Most importantly, it allows newlyweds to be with their guests before the reception without having to leave for photographs. An added benefit is that during this period, I am able to spend the time shooting you and your guests together in a candid, unposed way. Of course this means prep photos start earlier. This price is fixed regardless of whether you have one or two photographers starting early.
ADD ON: ADDITIONAL HOURS BEYOND SPECIFIED COVERAGE, $295/hr
This works well if you’d like to add on preparations of the boys (provided they are not far from the bride) or just an hour of reception to capture speeches rather than the full evening.

wedding albums
$1350 (or $1150 with $200 credit applied)
Get your album designed by the person who knows your images best. My albums are handcrafted in New Zealand by Queensberry - widely considered one of the world's top album companies, and available only to professional photographers.
I really believe a professional album is the right way to finish your story and honour the investment you made in a top photographer, which is why I include a $200 credit towards an album for all my couples. CLICK HERE to see detailed information about Queensberry wedding albums.
unveiled sessions $995.
15 retouched 5x7” fine art prints + matching print size digital files.
Watch out boys - this one's for you! If you're a bride who has put your heart and soul into looking fantastic in your wedding dress, why not create some beautiful photographic art without it? My unveiled shoots are private, sexy, tasteful and loads of fun. They make the perfect gift to present to your husband-to-be the night before the wedding, and the shoot can be timed to make the most of your hair and makeup trail. You are already the most beautiful woman in the world to your future husband. This is about capturing you and your body in a way that makes you even more confident (and hot!) in his eyes.
engagement session
There can be a big gap between your engagement and celebrating your wedding. An engagement session captures you as a couple in a relaxed, informal way at that special time. It is also a great way to spend some time with me so you feel more confident getting photographed on your wedding day.
Option 1: Any season, any location, anywhere* in Hawke’s Bay: $895.
Option 2: Off-season (May-September), at a location chosen by Eva. $595.

Elopements& Small weddings
$2,550 for 2 hours/ $2,950 for 3 hours
Small, intimate weddings and tiny elopements have become a special and popular way for those who want a beautiful and very personal wedding experience without the stress and expense of a large event. Please get in touch to talk about how an elopement or small wedding photography experience could work for you. I can help with timeline planning and to see some example galleries. Small wedding and elopement coverage is not available on Saturdays during peak season.
Out-of-town weddings
While I am a Hawke’s Bay photographer and love shooting in the place I grew up, I also enjoy exploring new creative spaces, especially those off the beaten path. There is no travel charge for weddings an hour or less drive time from Napier.
1-2hrs travel = $250. No overnight stay required provided locations are scouted in the morning before coverage begins (and discussed prior).
2-3hrs travel = $650 incl. overnight stay prior to the wedding to avoid potential travel delays (road closures etc) impacting wedding and to scout locations.
3+hrs travel = $950 this usually includes airfares, car rental and accommodation.
